About the Role

This Itinerary Support Specialist role operates within Philippine travel/DMC operations spanning leisure, ticketing, tours, hotels, transfers, groups, and MICE. The position focuses on itinerary support with a specialized approach to service resolution, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated.

Responsibilities

• Review itinerary support issues for resolution, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Document Shroff Travel role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain case management with deadline management, ensuring traceability and ownership of unresolved items.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and traceability in the workflow.
• Coordinate quality control with workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

• Use Shroff Travel Workflow Context and Customer Service confidently in itinerary support for Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when support depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs combine data accuracy, reporting, and Shroff Travel workflow context; work remains open if these signals are not current.

Qualifications

The role requires an associate-level, full-time position. Remote completion of itinerary support tasks is achieved only when data accuracy, reporting, and workflow context make the work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
