Itinerary Coordinator

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is seeking an Itinerary Coordinator to support leisure and corporate travel, trip planning, bookings, tours, payments, customer service, and travel operations. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create reservations using approved booking, supplier, or travel-management systems.
• Verify traveler names, dates, routes, room or fare details, pricing, and required information before confirmation.
• Send confirmations, itinerary details, payment or deadline information, and relevant service instructions.
• Process approved changes, cancellations, rebookings, or schedule updates and document all changes.
• Coordinate routine reservation issues with suppliers, travelers, and internal travel teams.
• Maintain accurate booking notes, confirmation numbers, deadlines, and supporting travel records.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, customer communication, data-entry, and organization skills.
• Comfort using reservation, travel, CRM, email, spreadsheet, or supplier systems.
• Ability to verify names, dates, fares, room details, and booking restrictions accurately.
• Clear communication when explaining confirmations, changes, deadlines, or next steps.
• Reliable follow-through on open booking or supplier issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$48,500 - $55,500 per year
