Responsibilities
- Embed and behaviorally exemplify the MINT dentistry values of Love, Generosity, and Perfection in all work and deliverables.
- Proactively pursue nurturing and collegial relationships with clinical and operational teams anchored on these values.
- Provide coverage across all North Dallas locations primarily on Mondays and Fridays, with reciprocal scheduling flexibility (part-time availability).
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance aligned with the brand and chic company aesthetic.
- Observe and support veteran Dentists in all aspects of clinical operations to learn and develop according to MINT clinical practices.
- Deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient served.
- Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment, including exams, cleanings, scaling and root planing, delivering anesthetic, and composite restorations (limitations as deemed appropriate by the lead dentist, e.g., extractions, multiple composite restorations, root canal therapy, crowns, fixed partial dentures, removable partial dentures, or complete dentures).
- Educate patients and parents on maintaining proper oral health.
- Communicate with dental staff regarding patient treatment plans.
- Communicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scripts.
- Prescribe medications as necessary.
- Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations.
Requirements
- Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school.
- State license and regional boards.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in the U.S. (outside of the program setting).
- Eligible to practice dentistry in the local state.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in using dental tools and equipment.

- Experience operating your own practice is a plus.
- Experience in group practice is a plus.
