ITAD Operations Lead
for sections like About the role? Actually we need to follow rules: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to extract content.
We have schedule: Full-Time / Monday – Thursday; 6:00am - 4:30pm. That's schedule.
Location: Onalaska, WI.
Starting Wage: $23.8/hour - $26.00/hour (dependent upon experience). That's pay.
Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year! That's maybe benefits or pay? Could be under Benefits or Pay. We'll treat as Benefits.
We Offer 3 weeks PTO in year one (4 weeks in year two!) 8 paid holidays Health benefits starting the 1st of the month after you're hired 401k match Career growth, training opportunities, and much more! That's benefits.
Then "What You'll Do" is responsibilities.
Then "What We're Looking For" includes Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. That's qualifications/requirements/skills.
Then "What Your Work Environment Will Be Like" maybe about work environment, could be under About the role? Could be a separate section like Work Environment but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove "Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is an equal opportunity employer..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We'll create sections:
Schedule
with p containing schedule.
Location
maybe not in list but could be considered About the role? Actually location is not in list but we could put under About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Location could be part of About the role? But About the role usually describes role, not location. However we could create a About the role
and include location and maybe brief description? But we have no description besides "At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we help protect the planet..." That's Who We Are. That could be About the role? Actually About the role could be a brief overview of the role and company. We'll include location and maybe a short description.
But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can include location as a paragraph inside About the role.

That's okay. ThenResponsibilities
with- list of duties from "What You'll Do". Ensure we keep all bullet points.
Then
Qualifications
maybe split into Required and Preferred? Could have two sub-sections but we can just list all qualifications as- . But we need to preserve distinction? Not required but we can include headings inside? Not allowed to create extra headings beyond

for Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications as paragraphs inside the section. That's okay. We'll put

Preferred Qualifications:
then- list.
Then
Skills
maybe not needed if we already covered qualifications. But we could combine. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Qualifications covering both required and preferred, and maybe Skills not separate. ThenBenefits
with list: 3 weeks PTO year one (4 weeks year two), 8 paid holidays, Health benefits starting 1st of month after hire, 401k match, Quarterly Profit Sharing, Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year, Career growth, training opportunities. ThenPay
with p: Starting Wage: $23.8/hour - $26.00/hour (dependent upon experience). ThenSchedule
with p: Full-Time / Monday – Thursday; 6:00am - 4:30pm. We should not include empty sections. Check for any duplicated lines: we have "Career growth, training opportunities, and much more!" appears in benefits and also in "Who We Are" maybe but we keep once. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove "Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is an equal opportunity employer..." and the following lines about protected classes. Also remove "Check out our Great Place to Work® page..." maybe not boilerplate but it's promotional; but it's part of Who We Are. Could keep? It's not essential job info but it's part of Who We Are. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Great Place to Work line is not boilerplate but it's more like marketing; but it's part of Who We Are. Might be okay to keep? It's not essential but it's not boilerplate. However we already have a description of Who We Are; we could keep that line as part of About the role. It's okay. We also need to remove "Want to hear it from the people who work here? Check out our Great Place to Work® page to see what our team members have to say." That's maybe not essential but could be considered promotional; but it's not boilerplate. Might keep? Safer to remove as it's not substantive job info. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, and application instructions. This line is not those. But it's more like a call to action; could be considered application instruction? Not exactly. I'd keep it? Might be considered fluff. I'd remove to keep concise. Also remove "🧭 How We Hire: The Head, Heart, and Hands ..." and the Predictive Index assessment part. That's not essential job info but could be considered part of hiring process; maybe remove as it's not required. The instruction says remove application instructions. This is about hiring process, could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove. Also remove "⭐ Why Join Us? Award-Winning Culture – Certified Great Place to Work® since 2017Values-Driven – We live our core values every dayEnvironmental Impact – Help give electronics their next best lifeInnovation Encouraged – Your ideas are welcome hereCareer Growth – Access to professional development and advancement opportunities". That's promotional; could be considered benefits? Already have benefits. Might be redundant. Could keep as part of Benefits? But it's more about culture. Might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly. Safer to remove to avoid fluff. We'll keep only substantive info: schedule, location, pay, bonus, PTO, holidays, health benefits, 401k match, career growth/training opportunities (already in benefits), responsibilities, qualifications (required and preferred), work environment (maybe we can include under About the role or a separate section? Not in list but we could add a section Work Environment but not in allowed headings; better to incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Could add aWork Environment
but not in list; risk. I'd incorporate into About the role as a paragraph. Thus final HTML:About the role
