We need to output only HTML fragment with headings

for sections present. Need to extract sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We have description: The IT Web Specialist provides strategic leadership... That's about the role. Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities: list of duties: leads website strategy, development, governance, accessibility, continuous improvement; ensures alignment; primary resource for content managers; provides training, guidance, support; partners with stakeholders; manage website initiatives; evaluate digital performance; implement sustainable solutions; reports to Director; etc. Also later sections: Website Strategy, Development, And Digital Experience Leadership; Content Management Leadership, Training, And Stakeholder Enablement. Those are more detailed responsibilities. We need to format as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can combine responsibilities into a list. Requirements: Education/Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree ... and three years of relevant experience. Also Applicants must be legally authorized to work in US full-time without sponsorship. That's a requirement. Preferred Qualifications: Five years of relevant experience; knowledge of higher education, Extension, research, or public-sector web environments; experience leading redesigns, migrations, digital modernization; ability to conduct accessibility assessments; experience developing governance standards, training programs, content management resources. Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of abilities: experience managing and improving public-facing websites using CMS, web standards, accessibility, analytics, SEO; ability to apply UX, usability, accessibility, IA, content strategy principles; experience training, supporting, collaborating with content managers and stakeholders in decentralized environment; ability to manage multiple website projects, priorities, deadlines while maintaining quality; strong communication, presentation, customer service, documentation, problem-solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences. Also from preferred: knowledge of higher ed etc; experience leading redesigns; ability to conduct assessments; experience developing governance standards, training programs, content management resources. We could combine skills into a list. Benefits: The posting mentions UT market range: MR12; Anticipated hiring range: $65,000 to $75,000; also mentions benefits: "Find more information on UT Benefits here". But we should not include placeholder like "Find more information". However we have actual compensation range. Benefits: The text mentions "UT market range: MR12" and "Anticipated hiring range: $65,000 to $75,000". Also earlier: "UT Knoxville considers its employees its number one asset. With values that focus on work-life balance, compensation, and innovation leadership, all Vols are supported to advance professionally. Employees have access to career development and coaching, continued education, and an extensive list of development and training possibilities. The Volunteer employee experience implements structures and practices to attract and retain top-tier talent, fostering a strong staff community and supporting a culture of involvement and engagement for everyone." That's benefits info. So we can include Benefits section with those details. Pay: We have compensation range: $65,000 to $75,000. Also UT market range MR12. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "Hybrid" under Work Location: Location: Knoxville, TNHybrid. That indicates hybrid work schedule? It says Work Location: Location: Knoxville, TNHybrid. That's location, not schedule. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time. Might infer full-time but not stated. We should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It does not state schedule explicitly. So omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

    About the role

... prose summarizing the role? But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We could keep the original prose as

. The description: "The IT Web Specialist provides strategic leadership, consultation, and project management for UTIA’s public-facing websites and digital presence. The position leads website strategy, development, governance, accessibility, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with institutional goals, branding standards, and user experience best practices. As a primary resource for content managers and website contributors, the specialist provides training, guidance, and support in content management, accessibility, usability, and web governance. The position partners with stakeholders across the Institute to manage website initiatives, evaluate digital performance, and implement sustainable, user-centered solutions that strengthen UTIA’s online presence. This position reports to the Director of IT Solutions in UTIA's Information Technology Services (ITS) department." We can keep that as

. Then responsibilities: we could list bullet points from the later sections: "Lead the strategy, development, enhancement, and governance of UTIA’s public-facing websites." etc. Also from earlier: "Provide expertise in website architecture, content strategy, user experience, accessibility, SEO, and digital communications." etc. Also "Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support resources that enable effective website management." etc. We'll combine. Then Requirements: maybe split into Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? Could have a single Requirements section with both required and preferred? But guidelines: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We could have

    Requirements

    with required qualifications, and

    Preferred Qualifications

maybe? But they said use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They didn't list Preferred Qualifications as a standard heading, but we could treat it under Requirements or Qualifications. However we need to include all substantive info. We could have

    Required Qualifications

    and

    Preferred Qualifications

but those aren't in the list. Safer to combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections: maybe Requirements for required, Qualifications for preferred? But they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have Requirements and Qualifications as separate sections. We'll put required qualifications under Requirements, and preferred qualifications under Qualifications. Skills: we can put under Skills. Benefits: under Benefits. Pay: under Pay. We must not create empty sections. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we preserve all details: mention of UT market range MR12, anticipated hiring range $65k-$75k, link to UT Benefits (but we should not include link? It's part of benefits info; we can keep as text: "Find more information on UT Benefits here". That's not boilerplate; it's a reference. We'll keep. Also mention of work location: Knoxville, TNHybrid. Could be included in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? Not a heading. We could include in About the role paragraph: "Work Location: Knoxville, TN (Hybrid)". But we must not invent. The posting says: "Work Location: Location: Knoxville, TNHybrid". We'll include that as a short p maybe under About the role or separate? Could add a p after About the role: "

    Work Location: Knoxville, TN (Hybrid)

". That's preserving info. Also mention of application instructions: we must remove application instructions. So drop lines about resume, cover letter, deadline. Also remove "Apply today and join the Tennessee Volunteer community!" That's boilerplate? It's a call to action; maybe considered application instruction? It's not a legal boilerplate but it's promotional. The instruction says remove application instructions. That line is not exactly instruction but could be considered promotional. Safer to remove. Also remove "Lead UTIA’s public-facing website strategy, development, accessibility, and user experience while training content managers and strengthening the Institute’s digital presence." That's a duplicate of responsibilities? It's near the end after "Apply today". Might be considered part of responsibilities. We'll keep if not duplicate. It's similar to earlier. We'll keep as part of responsibilities maybe. Now craft. We'll produce:
