About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual for an intensive training program designed to develop young adults' technical and professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Participating in in-classroom training on topics such as Business Operations, IT Support, Financial Operations, Banking, Project Management, and Customer Success.
- Engaging in internships and job placement support through partnerships with leading organizations.
- Developing professional communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills.
- Receiving personalized coaching and mentorship to support career launch.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
- No Bachelor’s degree obtained.
- Availability Monday-Friday during the program.
