IT Trainer (Instructional Designer - Professional Billing)
Description
Provides advanced training for all IT system(s).
Responsibilities
- Delivers lesson plans and curriculum utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, and demonstrations.
- Responsible for the evaluation of training materials/evaluations to measure the success of course objectives and/or program effectiveness.
- Documents advanced issues and workflow changes during training sessions works with Supervisor to implement changes needed.
- Provides advanced support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues.
- Provides guidance and training to other team members.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- PREFERRED: Epic Certification or Accreditation in Resolute Professional Billing or experience training Professional Billing Employees.
Qualifications
This is a remote position but you must reside in Colorado.
Skills

Pay
$32.36 - $48.53 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
