Qualifications
- Bac +2 / Bac +3 diploma in IT, Computer Networks, Systems Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network support, or industrial IT environment.
- Good knowledge of networking basics: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network equipment such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
- Good troubleshooting skills for network, connectivity, hardware, and software incidents.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic endpoint support.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Experience supporting printers, scanners, thin clients, laptops, desktops, and shop floor devices.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and monitor IT infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity rules, access control, and IT security best practices.
- Able to document technical actions, update network diagrams, and follow IT procedures.
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
- Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to production-impacting issues.
- Team spirit, autonomy, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level IT support to users across all departments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Support hardware, software, network, and application-related incidents.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLA deadlines, escalating issues when required.
- Ensure quick first-response support for production-impacting incidents.
- Monitor the status of IT systems, computers, printers, and network equipment.
- Support network connectivity troubleshooting: LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with Yazaki IT standards, security rules, and plant procedures.
- Cook up with internal IT teams, vendors, and other departments for issue resolution.
- Support shop floor IT devices and ensure minimum downtime for production areas.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement of IT services.
