Job Responsibilities
Affords assistance in resolving IT-related issues through the school's ticketing system and emails in a timely and professional manner. Undertakes imaging and replacement of IT equipment. Configures and enrolls devices into the school's MDM software. Assists with IT equipment setup and relocations. Documentation of all installed and relocated equipment is maintained.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- A high school diploma and experience in information technology, electronics technology systems, or other related areas.
- An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.
