IT Technician
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in resolving hardware/software issues for end users
- Participate in IT projects as directed by management
- Support technical upgrades and maintenance of desktop systems
- Assist management in creating training materials for computer troubleshooting and usage
- Install hardware such as computers, monitors, servers, UPS, routers, switches, etc.
- Manage all equipment and conduct periodic inventories as needed
- Troubleshoot mobile devices and configure new devices
- Install and configure computer systems, phones, and applications within the company
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Show accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Be able to present information clearly and respond to questions from users and business partners
- Have organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage competing projects
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
About the Role
SEUHO-IS is part of Sumitomo Electric U.S.A. Holdings, Inc., a Sumitomo Electric Group company based in San Marcos, CA. This role involves providing IT support and participating in various projects under the supervision of the IT Supervisor. The base salary range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 hourly, with potential for additional bonuses and incentives.
