Tech Skill/experiences Require Active Directory Server Management Google workspace (Gmail, Google drive & others related service)Experience with LAN/WAN networksGood knowledge of Microsoft Products , Windows/MacOS/Linux will be considered as special. Scope Of Work Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties and also work as purchasing admin for IT Team Job Description / Responsibilities Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications for internal IT and All users Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for On-prim server and All users Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for All users Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Work as Purchasing Admin for IT Team (PR generating, Follow-up & Consolidation) Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Report creation, monitor & update (Employee asset, PR & PO relation, Asset & License expiration for all users, etc) Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in IT, System Engineer, Computer Science, or related fields.2 - 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills.
