About the role

The On-site Director/Manager must have at least three (3) years of experience in project management. The On-site Director/Manager should hold a PMP certification and/or experience in unemployment insurance domain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure effective utilization of personnel and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in project management.
  • PMP certification and/or experience in unemployment insurance domain.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
