IT Tech - Data Processing

About the Role

Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop computing systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure availability and functionality of end-user devices, and deliver excellent customer service to staff and clinicians. Work closely with the IT team to support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care through effective use of technology.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar).
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of hospital business operations, IT applications in healthcare, and integrated delivery systems.
• Open to traveling up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Schedule

Full Time, Days, 40 hours weekly (7:00am–3:30pm).

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $23.00 to $34.00 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
