IT Systems Support Associate

Role Summary Provide on-site technical support by repairing and maintaining laptops, desktops, and related peripherals. Assist employees with day-to-day hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.Configure and set up new devices.Support employees with software issues and network/connectivity problems.Perform preventive maintenance to reduce device downtime.Manage and maintain equipment inventory.Document recurring problems and support findings.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams. Qualifications & Skills Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.Hands-on experience with device setup, configuration, and maintenance.Working knowledge of connectivity/network fundamentals.Ability to track issues and maintain accurate documentation.Comfort working in both office and warehouse environments.
