IT Systems Project Manager

Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a financial services institution in Oklahoma City to find an IT Systems Project Manager. This role focuses on improving business processes, systems, and technology that support operations and customer experience. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, enhancing operational efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. You will analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, manage cross-functional projects, and drive technology initiatives that boost business performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes, systems, and technology to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements based on operational data and business needs.
• Design, test, and implement new business processes and technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation while managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain process documentation, project documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, business operations, process improvement, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Power BI.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000 USD.
