IT-Systems Mgmt Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments—specifically Care Everywhere and MyChart.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion.
• Design screens, workflows, reports, interfaces, and prepare functional and technical specifications for system changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, handling both user-reported and vendor-reported incidents.
• Help manage service incidents and requests, serving as a key subject matter expert for technical configurations and integrations.
• Lead meetings and direct team problem-solving sessions, collaborating across team boundaries and other capability sub-domains.
• Manage multiple medium to large-scale projects with varying timeframes, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and resolve vendor-related technical challenges.
• Communicate technical updates, specifications, and project statuses with clarity to all levels of employees, including senior management.
