Role Overview The IT Systems Integration Specialist I supports laboratory operations and IT infrastructure, primarily providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting with system implementations in a laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between laboratory and IT teams for technical coordinationProvide onsite support for system setup, configuration, and troubleshootingConduct hardware and software validation, testing, and stabilization post-implementationPerform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, scanners, and lab equipmentSupport user account provisioning, asset inventory management, and incident investigation Qualifications & Skills Associate's DegreeAt least 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment and IT support/infrastructureStrong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsKnowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality protocolsAbility to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call support
