Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of Corporate IT systems for newly acquired companies
  • Help establish repeatable processes that support future integrations
  • Partner with stakeholders across various business functions to gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and support technology integration efforts
  • Create process maps and documentation
  • Contribute to M&A playbooks
  • Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology or related discipline and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted

Preferred Skills

  • Experience facilitating discovery sessions, gathering business and technical requirements, and creating documentation to support technology initiatives
  • Proven ability to drive requirements gathering efforts, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and build alignment across teams
  • Knowledge and experience in Corporate IT systems (i.e. HR management systems and ERP systems)
  • Proven ability to evaluate current state business and technical requirements to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO); knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Lean principles

Pay

$100,000 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
