What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, improve, and automate key business processes.
• Design, configure, and support SAP planning and configuration solutions.
• Manage production support activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Led change management efforts, including testing, documentation, training, and user adoption.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Support ERP implementation, upgrade, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT resources, and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Lead or support small to mid-sized projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP Planning solutions, including Variant Configuration (VC).
• Experience participating in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations or ERP modernization initiatives preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
