Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and troubleshoot IT applications
• Ensure the availability, stability, and reliability of applications
• Monitor system performance and identify and resolve technical issues
• Ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR an Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience

Skills

• Basic understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
• Basic knowledge of inter-related solutions and IT systems knowledge with the aligned application domain
• Develops and maintains knowledge of related IT systems as well as supporting business and IT domains
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the healthcare environment
