IT Systems Administrator (On Site Position)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Administer and support Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, and core infrastructure systems
• Perform system configuration, maintenance, patching, and performance monitoring
• Support server builds, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Azure, and related cloud platforms
• Support identity and access management processes including user provisioning and role-based access
• Affirm secure configurations and access controls
• Administer and support backup and recovery solutions across on-premises and cloud environments
• Support and administer Cisco Telecommunications systems (Call Manager, Webex and related platforms)
• Troubleshoot telephony and communication system issues
• Cooordinat with vendors for support, maintenance, and upgrades
• Support implementation and maintenance of security controls across systems and platforms
• Ensure systems are maintained in alignment with organizational security standards and HIPAA requirements
• Identify and escalate potential security risks or vulnerabilities

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to sit and stand intermittent 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to use standard office equipment, including the telephone and computer keyboard.
• Continuously works under pressure of near 100% accuracy while meeting inflexible deadlines.
• Continuously utilizes manual/bi-manual dexterity, near vision, speech, and hearing.
• Frequently stands, walks, sits and utilizes eye/hand coordination and color definition.
• Occasionally reaches above shoulder, regularly required to lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs.
• Occasionally walks on uneven surfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 5 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or related IT roles
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, infrastructure, and user environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
