About the role

The IT Systems Administrator II and III is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage server operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Perform routine backups and disaster recovery tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification preferred.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware.

Skills

• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with ITIL service management principles.
• Good understanding of data center operations and facilities management.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule
