Key Responsibilities
- Automate repetitive IT workflows using scripting and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Administer and integrate core SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and other business-critical platforms.
- Configure and maintain secure authentication, provisioning, and lifecycle management using SSO, SAML, SCIM, and OIDC.
- Establish and evolve IT standards, documentation, and operational best practices that support a growing organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, SaaS applications, and identity systems while providing an exceptional employee experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new tools, improve existing systems, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of systems administration experience in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
- Strong experience administering Google Workspace and Okta.
- Experience with Python or another scripting language used for automation.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management, including SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and application integrations with identity providers.
- Working knowledge of DNS, email infrastructure, and email security technologies including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and phishing prevention.
- Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 and SOX audits.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administering Atlassian products.
- Experience with email platform migrations.
- Experience with additional identity providers or enterprise SaaS platforms.
