IT Systems Administrator
About the role
Nest Health is the first value-based care provider built for families, offering comprehensive medical, behavioral, and social care to America’s highest-risk families. As a startup, Nest operates in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a high-impact contribution to disrupting the U.S. healthcare system. This hybrid role requires you to reside in New Orleans, Louisiana, and serve as the primary on-site IT presence for Nest’s Louisiana footprint while also providing remote multi-tier support to employees company-wide.
You’ll own the end-user experience, ensuring seamless integration of Nest’s multi-vendor IT stack—including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and RMM tools—into a cohesive, governed platform. Your responsibilities will include managing the identity lifecycle, endpoint management, patching, device health, asset inventory, and hands-on staging and repair for Louisiana sites. You’ll drive automation to scale IT operations, reduce repetitive tasks, and implement self-service solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, or AI-assisted workflows. Security and compliance at the endpoint are critical, with a focus on phishing-resistant authentication, Conditional Access, least privilege, and device compliance. You’ll also partner with Security & Compliance on SOC 2 audits and act as the Knowledge Steward for Louisiana IT, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
