IT Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
• Maintain documentation related to IT systems and procedures
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data
• Provide technical support and training to staff members

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network and system security practices
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and network hardware
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
