Role Overview: The position involves delivering intensive job training to young adults, focusing on technical and professional skills development, internship placement, and personalized coaching. Key Responsibilities Provide in-depth training in areas such as Customer Success, Business Operations, Project Management, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analysis, Financial Operations, and Banking.Support participants in developing professional skills, including communication, interviewing, networking, and resume building.Assist with internship placement at leading organizations, offering ongoing mentorship and guidance.Facilitate access to job placement services, internships, and educational stipends. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree not required.Eligible to work in the U.S.Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.Availability Monday through Friday for the program duration.Ability to answer screening questions during application. Key Duties: Equip participants with essential skills for employment or further education, support internship placement, and promote career readiness, leading to successful employment or continued education within four months of program completion. Graduates typically earn an average starting salary of $55,000 annually.
