IT Support Technician/Installer

About the role
We are seeking passionate Tech Installers/Consultants who possess a strong understanding of Windows OS, networking, and software installation processes. Your responsibilities will include consulting with large entertainment businesses and theme parks, planning, setting up, and executing the installation of our proprietary software products in various venues such as arcades, amusement parks, and theme parks.
Responsibilities
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Planning and executing the installation of our software products
- Multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Traveling to different locations to install and support our software
Requirements
- Strong time management, organization, and decision-making skills
- Solid multitasking and adaptability to changes
- Loves to travel and enjoys being on-site at various locations
- Able to solve problems with keen attention to detail
- Firm understanding of Windows OS and networking
- A collaborative approach with open communication, excellent service, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to address customer concerns creatively and share feedback with teammates
- Works well as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for great customer service
Qualifications
- One year of experience in customer service
- One year of project management experience
- An associate's degree in a related field (or equivalent)
- Previous IT or network experience
- Experience in computer science, databases, IT, networks, or business information systems
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and Windows OS
- SQL experience is preferred but not required
