IT Support Technician

The Role• Provide IT support for operations facilities within a defined geographical area.• Troubleshoot and maintain IT equipment, resolving technical issues across multiple disciplines.• Manage support requests and procedures across the network.• Assist in training new hires and continuously learn new technologies. What You'll Need• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods.
