IT Support Technician (3 PM to 1 AM)

Position: IT Support Technician Location: 660 Erlanger Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018 Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 3 PM to 1 AM Occasional Sundays: May be required Compensation: $4500/month on W2 Contract Duration: 4 months and extendable. Key Responsibilities & Skills Provide desktop and end-user technical supportTroubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DHCP, VLAN, and Wi-Fi issuesBasic experience with Microsoft Intune / AutopilotTroubleshoot and maintain PCs, workstations, monitors, keyboards, and printersExperience with Zebra and HP printersConfigure and maintain RF scannersHandle equipment RMA requestsTroubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when neededSupport IT equipment in a highly automated warehouse environmentDeliver strong customer service and technical problem-solvingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Nice to Have IT/technical support experience in a warehouse environmentZebra printer experienceKnowledge of Manhattan WMS or other Warehouse Management SystemsExperience with SOTI MDM
