Adept Consulting Services is seeking an experienced IT Contractor.
Responsibilities
- Provide general technology support
- Respond to and implement support tickets
- Aid in documenting and managing incidents and vulnerabilities
- Perform network monitoring and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Experience in information security related support - Required: 2 Years
- Experience in helpdesk related support - Required: 2 Years
- Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems - Required
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Products - Required
- Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems - Required
- Experience with network and computer security testing tools - Required
- Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports - Required
- Experience working with Tenable and Splunk - Required
- Associate’s degree or current certifications within information technology - Required
