About the role

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on in Enterprise IT and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll spend your time supporting employees, managing core IT systems, and continuously improving how we onboard, offboard, and manage technology across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting employees with hardware, software, and access needs
  • Maintaining and improving asset management and reporting processes
  • Partnership with teams across the organization to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Identifying opportunities to automate and simplify manual processes

Requirements

  • Completion of initial training and onboarding
  • Familiarity with the basic functionality of all internal IT operational systems
  • Performance of employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assumption of ownership of the monthly close and other main functions of the department
  • Management of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
  • Management of Medisolv MDM systems (Intune – Iru)
  • Demonstration of basic understanding of production applications' internal data flow
  • Assistance in developing a full license distribution listed by dept.
  • Demonstration of understanding of Medisolv Network topology
  • Demonstration of the ability to configure and manage SSO services
  • Management and leadership of the automation of our onboarding and offboarding processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with the following:
    • PowerShell
    • Microsoft 365 administration
    • Microsoft Azure administration
    • SharePoint and Confluence
    • Defining technical processes and document standard operating procedures
    • Developing or improving workflow and workflow management tools
    • Support ticketing systems (Jira-Zendesk-HubSpot) use and administration
    • Microsoft SQL, create databases, and perform backups and restores
    • Networking - DNS, Vnets, IP, switches, routers, etc.

  • Experience leading projects and initiatives
  • Empathy for colleagues and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to dissect problems and tell stories using financial data
  • Understanding of continuous improvement and automation
  • Knowledge of customer success obsession, all-star team collaboration, continuous improvement through curiosity and data-driven learning, courage with kindness, and execution focus

Professional Qualifications

  • Successfully completed a pre-employment background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
