Responsibilities
- Provides initial Help Desk Support by troubleshooting and resolving routine computer, printer, & copier help desk requests.
- Assists in network and end user support by answering calls, documenting incidents and requests for service, setting up user accounts, and assisting users with answering questions.
- Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Qualifications
- High School Degree with an affinity for Information Technology required.
- Associates Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Prior computer networking experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Hands on knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite applications required.
