IT Support Coordinator

About the role

Join Nido Early School and help keep our people connected through reliable technology and great support. At Nido, technology helps our teams do what they do best, providing high-quality early learning experiences for children and families. Our IT team plays an important role in supporting our people with the tools, systems, and assistance they need every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide day-to-day technical support, help maintain our IT systems, and work closely with colleagues and external providers to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day IT support to our Support Office team and ensure a great user experience.
  • Provide technical support across a range of hardware, software, and business systems.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and other workplace technologies.
  • Aid with user onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and support processes.
  • Ensure IT practices align with company policies and security requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or End User Support role.
  • Around 2–3 years' experience in a similar hands-on IT support position.
  • Confident supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
  • A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with external IT vendors is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A qualification in Information Technology is welcomed but not essential.
  • We'll value practical experience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn for this role.
