IT Support & Asset Management Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various IT areas including networking, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues related to networking infrastructure, security systems, and data centers.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining cloud-based solutions for clients.
• Conduct regular assessments of client environments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with client operations.
• Document procedures and best practices for efficient client support and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Understanding of data center operations and cloud computing principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
