IT Support Analyst II

Proven Recruiting has partnered with a global company to find an IT Support Specialist II to join their growing support team in Fullerton, CA (hybrid). Our client operates worldwide and is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email-based technical support, handling a high volume of daily touchpoints across a variety of tools and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve everyday IT issues including password resets, printer setup, software installs, and general troubleshooting
• Support users using ServiceNow, Azure, InTune, and the Microsoft suite
• Identify and respond appropriately to security concerns such as phishing emails

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience with significant phone support volume
• MSP (Managed Service Provider) background strongly preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure, and InTune
• Comfortable managing a high volume of tickets/calls (50-100+ per week) across multiple tools
• Genuine interest in growing a career in IT support

Pay

The expected range for this role is $30.00 to $33.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
