About the role
Squire Patton Boggs is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Global IT Team based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Support the end user community with technology-related questions or concerns via telephone, email, third party vendors, or walk-ups.
- Record technology-related queries in the team's service desk management tool.
- Take ownership of tickets and exercise a broad range of technical and problem-solving skills to investigate, research, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work in a complex multi-jurisdictional environment emphasizing security, compliance, and policy.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years' computer-operations experience, preferably in Windows or other Client/Server environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office products and document management support.
- Experience with client-server networks (Windows environment, specifically) and other network topologies.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience with document management systems.
Skills

Schedule
Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm ET. There is periodic overtime, evening, and holiday hours in this role.
