Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems.
- Provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain our IT assets, implement new technologies, and contribute to projects that enhance our infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service.
- Experience troubleshooting across multiple client operating system / application platforms.
- Experience with basic networking configuration and troubleshooting.
- Pays attention to detail and has the ability to produce high quality documentation.
- Action-oriented and has a strong willingness to learn.
- An excellent communicator and thrives in an engineering centric environment.
Qualifications
- Nice to have specific experience with Google, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platform and service infrastructure.
- MDM configuration and management experience (JAMF, Intune).
- SaaS IDP administration experience (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Okta preferred).
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance overlays.
- Experience with day to day use of Atlassian software products.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $112K - $149K
Pay
The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
Schedule
One person, one GPU. This position requires presence in our Bellevue office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
