IT Support Analyst

About the role

Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry, operating since 1974 with over 20 branches nationwide. The IT Support Analyst will work in the Norman, OK Operations Center, providing technical assistance and support to users while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to Floorplan Xpress users.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Guide and train end users to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of technology resources.
• Document records of support requests.
• Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including user accounts and security measures.
• Stay current with technological trends and advancements to provide proactive support and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and other commonly used business applications.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and pre‑employment drug testing.
