About the Role
Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Sr Product Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trial claim messaging enhancements.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and message specifications.
- Ensure messaging requirements are traceable from intake through implementation.
- Messaging Design & Development
- Partner with stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and customer-centric claim messages.
- Define messaging triggers, business rules, and associated workflows.
- Collaborate with message content owners to ensure alignment with enterprise communication standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate discussions between business, operations, product, technology, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders during messaging development.
- Support decision-making by documenting options, impacts, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on messaging content, timing, and implementation priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
Skills
- Information Systems, Excel, Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automation, business analysis, documenting business requirements, and business rules
- Knowledge of digital transformation, healthcare administration, healthcare operations, claims, and claim processing
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements and enhance user experience
Pay
$20 - $25 per hour
