About the role
The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing the development of innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the research and development of AI technologies
- Manage a team of AI researchers and engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in AI research and development
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Knowledge of data science methodologies
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
