IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS/Full Stack Engineer)
About the Role
Serve as principal technical authority in full-stack application development, including enterprise-grade secure applications and modernization initiatives.
Direct and manage cross-functional teams of developers, UX/UI specialists, database administrators, DevSecOps engineers, and cybersecurity professionals.
Establish and enforce CMS-wide coding standards, design patterns, and secure software development practices.
Serve as the CMS enterprise authority on application development and integration.
Direct and govern multi-program modernization initiatives with enterprise and interagency impact.
Qualifications
- Experience directing design, development, integration, and modernization of secure full-stack web applications using modern front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, Spring Boot).
- Background integrating full-stack applications with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and cloud-native microservices architectures (Kubernetes).
- Experience leading analysis of policies and regulations affecting enterprise software development programs.
- Experience leading software development projects using Agile/Scrum while guiding IT modernization strategies.

Pay
Salary: $126,384 - $164,301/year base (Dallas: $160,836-$197,200 | Woodlawn: $169,279-$197,200 with locality)
