IT Specialist - SonSet Solutions

Has a solid foundation in computer systems, troubleshooting, and basic networking. Enjoys solving technical problems and supporting others with patience and clarity. Eager to learn and grow your IT skills in a collaborative, ministry-focused environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple support requests. Comfortable working with both hardware and software systems. Has a heart for ministry and desire to use one's technical skills to support the gospel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and partner ministries, including hardware, software, and user issues
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Help manage user accounts, system updates, backups, and basic security practices
• Support and learn from networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting and equipment setup
• Assist with technical support for radio partners, including studio systems and radio station automation tools
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and process improvements as part of the broader IT team
• Have opportunities for occasional travel to assist ministry partners and field teams with onsite technical support and system setup (travel is not required)

• Full-time position, onsite in Elkhart, Indiana

Salary is based on financial support raising through the development of a personal ministry partner team.
