IT Specialist - SonSet Solutions

About the role

The IT Specialist will help maintain and support the technology infrastructure that enables our ministry to operate effectively and help to implement and maintain IT infrastructure for our partner ministries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and partner ministries, including hardware, software, and user issues
• Aid in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, system updates, backups, and basic security practices
• Support and learn from networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting and equipment setup
• Assist with technical support for radio partners, including studio systems and radio station automation tools
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and process improvements as part of the broader IT team

• Full-time position, onsite in Elkhart, Indiana
