IT Specialist (Service & Delivery Technician III)

Responsibilities

• Act as point-of-contact for vendor and Albertsons’ Technical Teams for the installation, configuration, routine maintenance, and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, applications, and related technology used at the site within established guidelines.
• Identify and research technical problems of varying complexity and follow through to resolution.
• Ensure systems interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems, including servers and peripherals.
• Maintain appropriate hardware/software inventories and warranties, as well as managing vendor maintenance visits for all managed technologies at the site.
• Collaborate closely with Production Maintenance Technicians to ensure an optimal and efficient technical environment, including equipment configurations.
• Accurately log and document all issues and work efforts.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documents.
• Complete tasks related to end-user onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned, concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work experience.
• Technical experience working with MS Office, ServiceNow, basic IP networking, and troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements

• Willing and able to stand or walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
