About the role

Serve as project manager for complex, high-priority products used by senior leaders to make key prioritization and resourcing decisions. Apply cyberspace operations forces knowledge to inform solutions to program gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Defines technical strategies and project plans for assessment of cyberspace operations selected for further investigation.
  • Led execution and, as indicated necessary by preliminary findings, refinement of assessment plans.
  • Applies technical expertise, analytical skills, and programmatic knowledge, as described above, to develop comprehensive force readiness metrics and appropriate Joint Mission Essential Tasks (JMETs) with performance measures.
  • Confirm the sufficiency reporting standards and frequency, and devise/apply efficient mechanisms for metric and JMET refinement.

Qualifications

  • Applying quantitative and qualitative analytical methodologies to develop comprehensive cyberspace operational readiness assessment plans.
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams of cyberspace subject matter experts (SMEs) in executing complex readiness assessment plans.
  • Analyzing comprehensive force readiness products for command leadership with associated performance measures to evaluate cyberspace mission force capabilities.
