About the role

The IT Specialist will serve as the lead administrator for PRISM’s Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management), contributing to initiatives in application support, data integrity, documentation, and internal technical assistance. They will also participate in an enterprise-level application rewrite, supporting requirements gathering, testing, and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of PRISM’s Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management)
• Contribute to application support, data integrity, documentation, and internal technical assistance
• Participate in an enterprise-level application rewrite, supporting requirements gathering, testing, and validation activities
• Grow into active involvement in emerging technology programs including robotic process automation (RPA) using UiPath, AI-powered tools, and the development of agentic workflows
