IT Specialist

About the role

The IT Specialist will be responsible for assessing legacy/local systems, coordinating the configuration, installation, and migration to the UniteNY VoIP platform using VOSS-4-UC product bulk/batch update files, and working with clients and vendors to ensure a successful transition.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of legacy/local systems and coordinate migrations to UniteNY VoIP platform
• Meet with clients to discuss existing configurations
• Coordinate with vendors to migrate TN's from existing services
• Ensure successful transition through coordination and communication

Requirements

• 48 Months of Experience in Unified Communications /VOIP
• 48 Months of Experience in Excel
• 6 Months of Experience in Voss/CUCDM
• 12 Months of Experience in software/hardware deployments
• 6 Months of Experience in Service Now
• 6 Months of Experience in Legacy Telco; POTS, CTX, PRI etc.
