IT Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role• Lead complex security projects involving routing, firewall policy, proxy, remote access security, secure web access, and cloud-delivered security controls.• Manage firewall estates, including rule creation, modification, cleanup, and retirement.• Support firewall routing, NAT, and policy updates for secure access and migration requirements.• Design and engineer global remote access architecture and Panorama-managed firewall environments.• Manage proxy and load balancer clusters, and support proxy migration and enablement activities.• Drive automation and standardization of repeatable security services to enable self-service. What You'll Need• Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, routing (BGP), NAT, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and VPN technologies.• Proven experience with proxy technologies, URL filtering, PAC file management, and enterprise proxy migrations.• Solid experience with load balancing products (e.g., F5 LTM/GTM).• Experience administering cloud-based security solutions like Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.• Demonstrated experience leading complex security or network security initiatives across multiple teams.• Experience simplifying manual security processes through automation, policy-as-code, or workflow orchestration.
