IT Sourcing Consultant 3

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of sourcing projects, including complex information technology contracts from initial request to executed contract.
• Lead the sourcing process, including creation of solicitation documents, evaluation of proposals, and execution of negotiated agreements with suppliers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned projects, assisting customers in solving IT business problems.
• Establish and manage risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and manage contracts that align with the long-term interests of the customer.
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage their expectations for project deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Conduct post-project lessons learned reviews with customers to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as a team leader in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with all levels of staff.
