Troubleshoot and resolve errors or problems with IT products
Provide articulate communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Aid in design, construction, test, and implementation of computer systems
Lead small and medium-sized projects from an IT perspective
Contribute to large-sized projects from an IT perspective
Actively participate in change management process
Manage delegated tasks within project timelines
Report on progress against project timelines and escalate when appropriate
Provide accurate estimations of work packages against project timelines and escalate when appropriate
Engage in code reviews, task grooming, pair programming, and cross-functional collaboration
Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement teams
Improve documentation of logical data, process models, and how to resolve errors
Ensure data integrity in all process designs
Contribute to process improvement
Support minimizing legacy application dependency
Improve and centralize reporting data
Improve training for and train users on simple systems
Engage in monitoring system/application performance factors

Bachelor’s degree required; experience in Manufacturing IT is preferred
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in business IT, manufacturing IT, IT project management, or a related technical environment
The ideal candidate possesses working knowledge of software development and system support tools such as SQL, Linux, GitLab, Jira, Visual Studio, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle databases, and Excel
Familiarity with manufacturing systems and technologies including MES and Operator Interface Technology
Understanding of database design, operating systems, software development lifecycle methodologies, project management principles, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
